In addition you have the fact that the DART line is there. There are 447 stops, and there's connectivity to almost every DART station with one train ride. And in about 15-16 months, you can get all the way to Terminal B at DFW. So the transit orientated aspect of it is significant

We’ve been working very closely with DART on this project ... This is truly a transit-oriented development in what is the largest sustainable employment area in Dallas.
