We are always looking at the evolution of the squad. Next season we will need a certain calibre of player

We are always looking at the evolution of the squad. Next season we will need a certain calibre of player
I have got no intention of leaving, I am very proud to be here, I want to stay at this fantastic football club
We're not going to disturb the squad we've got or the team ethic we've got, we'll take that forward with us ... But we're in the Premier League now and that requires a certain calibre of player. We know what type of player we're looking for and we've been working diligently to try to find players that a...
We've put a lot of hard work in and a lot of hours and we've achieved something special this season ... Everyone works so hard at this football club and it's great to see the smiles and delight on the supporters' faces.
Pride, too right it's pride. A lot of people put a lot of hard work in, and for the players trying to get off the pitch now, being mobbed by our fantastic supporters, they deserve all the plaudits they get. Since I joined the football club, they've been tremendous.
A lot of people have put a lot of hard work in here, the players deserve all the plaudits they'll get as everyone at this club has worked their socks off since I've been here ... Southampton are back in the Premier League and I'm a happy man. I'm proud and honoured.
There will be 32,000 people here and they’ll lift the players.
They're good happy memories aren't they?

We have 90 minutes to win a game of football and I have got total belief in the players to go and do that
We won the first game live on television against Leeds and we will win the last game live on TV. The players do not need any extra incentive. They have that opportunity to get promoted to the big league.
We will have to make sure we do it at home now ... We know what we have to do when we play Coventry at our place in front of 32,000 people. We have to make sure.
We are so near but so far, so we have to keep our feet on the ground
We have to make sure we keep a calmness about ourselves
He’s a talented, talented football player ... He’s going from strength to strength and he’s reaping rewards for his hard work this season.
The big thing is, here we’re not just relying on one person to score the goals ... It’s 72 league goals we’ve scored now. We’ve got some exceptionally good goalscorers and strikers here.
If Tadanari Lee hadn't been playing so well maybe Billy would have been starting more games, but we have competition for places and that's what we need so that everyone is working very hard
Billy was the top man at Doncaster but he's joined us - there are good players here ... He needs an opportunity to play but that's the competition we've got.
Will having a rugby match played on the pitch this weekend reflect on how the game’s played? I don’t know ... But what we do know is that it will be just as challenging a game as we had at Millwall.
