Guys like Padraig Harrington, for instance. He has shown signs of improvement. I know his putting is not as good as he would like, but he has a few months ahead and I think all those guys should be pretty much in the team.
I was playing OK and everything the first three rounds has gone really well for me." He has hit 48 of 54 greens through 54 holes, the type of golf that makes one wonder why he only won once during his long European Tour career. That victory, in the 2000... Full Article at Golf Digest

It’s not the player that plays the most consistent that wins at the Masters. The player who plays probably some of the most exciting golf wins at the Masters ... It’s not really a contest of fairways and greens. It’s a bit more flamboyancy in it. You only have to look at the way Phil has won some of his...
Fortune favors the brave at times here
I had told him I was going to go first, but he didn't understand my Irish
I would like to tell you it was funneling right up the green and couldn't go anywhere else
I’m happy with my game, but when you shoot a good score, it’s hard to match it the following day ... When you’re leading the tournament, it’s hard not to be a little bit cautious, and I think at times I was on the greens.
When you’re leading the tournament, it’s hard not to be a little bit cautious, and I think at times I was on the greens
I tended to either have short putts or long putts today and I was definitely tentative on the long putts, and, you know, inevitably you're a bit tentative on the short putts
I didn't do too much damage today
I would actually say my mother cursed at me for missing the tap-in on 6 ... but you know, these things happen. I'm glad it's not Sunday. I didn't do that much damage today.
I'm happy with my game but when you shot a good score, it's hard to match the next day
I have no one else to blame but myself ... It is a little frustrating, but I'm working, like everybody else, working to keep a good attitude and be patient and let it happen and look at the positives.
I didn't hit the ball close enough
The great thing is, having shot well (Thursday), if I play good golf on the weekend, I'll be the winner
I would like to tell you it was funneling right up the green and couldn't go anywhere else, but certainly the last 15 feet it was right in the middle of the hole ... That's a bonus, obviously.
And the fact that I can remember the clubs and the shots and everything about them suggests that there really isn’t a seventh ... I just assumed I had more. So don’t believe whatever a professional golfer says.
I would consider that a coincidence
When it's your day, I could have turned my back on the hole and I would have holed the putt on the last ... That's just the way it is when things are going for you.
I'm trying to stay patient ... I know my game is good. ... I'm feeling like things are ready to happen. Obviously, today it showed the potential.
I had a strange last year, but I'm very comfortable where my game is at
