I’ve been training this week but not with the team and I don’t think I will be fit for Rayo, and I cannot afford tickets for the whole of Sevilla to see me in Barcelona
We were superior to Sevilla and played an intense game, just like we've done throughout the entire season. We've been the best all year. The league title proves which is the best and most regular side.
It was very important to win against Sevilla. We now must wait to see what happens. I don't know what Barcelona will do tonight, but we took three points we needed. The Champions League is now in the past and we'll fight to win this league title.
This team thinks and plays game by game. First, we have to win at Sevilla and then we'll think of the Athletic Bilbao encounter. If we get three points each time, there will be a happy ending to the title race for us.
This team only thinks about its most immediate matches, so we're currently only focusing on Sevilla. We're only concerned about winning tomorrow.
Tomorrow's will be a complicated match because Sevilla are only two points shy of qualifying for a European competition next year and they've been preparing for the match the last couple of days in Madrid. Three important points will be at stake in a race that is coming to an end.
This team has pride and is looking forward to playing against Sevilla. We are close to achieving something that would makes us very happy and we will fight to the end for it. It is a great pleasure and a privilege to fight with this team because it is always ready to pull through and win titles when the...
A poor Chelsea eliminated Barca, so why can’t Sevilla win at the Bernabeu? We face the best team in Spain but we’ll go for the win knowing how difficult it is
We have to take three points against Sevilla and we must only think about La Liga now ... We have a very young and quality team. We’ll try again next year and I hope luck is on our side then.
It has been a hard season for Sevilla and this match was cruel to us because we deserved to win. Kone scored with their first shot and then we missed a penalty but I can’t be unhappy with my players.
I hope to be playing for one of the top four in Spain next season- Real Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia or Sevilla.
The league isn't over, there are seven games to go. But it's very important to be in third place ... It isn't easy reaching this point in front of clubs like Sevilla, Atletico Madrid and Valencia.
For the whole of the footballing world to witness that in the middle of the game, it's a scary thing and can happen to anybody at the most unexpected moments. It is something you don't even want to think of. Sometimes it happens to even those that are the fittest. I witnessed this in Spain, at Sevilla. ...
This was a great game for Sevilla ... But you also have to consider the low morale of the team we were facing. That played in our favor.
I came back to Sevilla again because I belong here. My dream was to come back and win here again; I'm here and now all that remains is to win. I want to create and score goals as soon as possible. I want to score more than anyone; the sooner that happens, the better for everyone. It would remove a lot o...
Pedro needs to be the same player he was against Sevilla. Thanks to his effort, where he ran enough for three players, the other players were able to do what they did.
We didn't kill the game off given the chances we had. (Sevilla goalkeeper Andres) Palop again had a fantastic game. He saved them on several occasions when we had one-on-ones.
Sevilla have a fantastic team. We won because we did things well. We give this victory a lot of value. The only sour aspect of the match was that we didn’t convert on all the chances we created. Palop had a fantastic game, he saved four one-on-ones.
He will score a lot of goals for Sevilla and that will take him to the tournament. This will allow [Vicente] Del Bosque to have faith in him, because we must remember that Alvaro was on the last available squad. And he will be again, I'm sure.
In football we all know that it's possible to win. I've won at the Bernabeu with Sevilla and with Espanyol we can win without any problem. We are going there without fear, we are convinced we can do it
